Salted Caramel

Ingredients (Caramel ganache)

    • 60g  - Sugar
    • 140g  - Fresh Cream
    • 30g – Glucose
    •  200g – Smet Chocolate
    • 2g – Sea Salt
    • 35g – Butter

Method

Make caramel from sugar, warm cream then add glucose. Pourring into Smet Chocolate, add sea salt finally blend with Butter.
Insert milk chocolate shell, then enrobed with Dark Chocolate/White Chocolate.
